Jess Crafts Digitals: St. Patrick's Day Kitty

I'm back for Jess Crafts Digitals; you can find out more about Jess Craft Digitals by clicking here.

With St. Patrick's Day quickly approaching, I'm working on a St. Patrick's day card.  First I sized the images to my desire dimensions.  Next I printed the digital out using my printer, then I used my Brother Scan n Cut to cut out the kitty and pot of gold.  My Spectrum Noirs were used to add color to the digital image.  To create the sky I used Mermaid Lagoon distress ink, the grass was created by using a combination of Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron distress inks.  I used Lawn Fawn's rainbow die to create the rainbow and color was added using Spectrum Noirs.  The grass was cut using Lawn Fawn's grassy border and the stitched details were done using Lawn Fawn's small stitched rectangle stackables.  I finished it off by adding Spectrum Noir Sparkle overlay to the rainbow, clouds, gold, the hat and scarf.

Jess Crafts Digitals: Penguin Coffee Cup

Happy Valentine's Eve!  I'm back for Jess Crafts Digitals; you can find out more about Jess Craft Digitals by clicking here.

I'm not sure what it is about Valentine's day but I always find myself making a card last minute.  I love this stamp from Jess Crafts Digitals it originally was released in December but I think its perfect for Valentine's day especially with the heart in his hands.

First I sized the images to my desired dimensions. Next I printed the digital out using my printer, then I used my Brother Scan n Cut to cut out the image.  My Spectrum Noirs were used to add color to the digital image as well as the hearts.  Then I chose the yellow glitter paper and wood grain paper from my collection of papers I've gathered throughout the years.  I finished it off by adding Spectrum Noir Sparkle overlay on the penguins belly.

Gerda Steiner Designs: Kitten with Heart for Valentine's Day - Digital Stamp

To create this card you cut a 8.5 x 11.5 paper in half and score at 2 1/8" on the left and right (I just flipped the paper to make it easier then trying to determine another measurement).  I sized the digital image to my desired dimensions. Next I printed the digital out using my printer, then I used my Brother Scan n Cut to cut out the image.  My Spectrum Noirs were used to add color to the digital image.  Then you die cut half of a heart on the left panel and then on the right panel.  Next I used a Darcie embossing folder to create the "XOXO" pattern, afterwards I die cut a heart out of white paper and adhered the digital image.  To keep the card closed I cut some sticker package down and adorned it with Valentine washi tape.  I hope you enjoy.  Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Craftin Desert Divas: February Monthly Challenge

I was inspired by the Craftin Desert Divas mood board above to create the following cards.  To create this card you cut a 8.5 x 11.5 paper in half and score at 2 1/8" on the left and right (I just flipped the paper to make it easier then trying to determine another measurement).  I sized the digital images to my desired dimensions. Next I printed the digitals out using my printer, then I used my Brother Scan n Cut to cut out the images.  My Spectrum Noirs were used to add color to the digital images.  Then you die cut half of a heart on the left panel and then on the right panel.  Next I used a Darcie embossing folder to create the "XOXO" pattern, afterwards I die cut a heart out of white paper and adhered the digital images and finished it with enamel hearts or Spectrum Noir overlay depending on the image and card.  To keep the card closed I cut some sticker packages down and adorned them with Valentine washi tape.  I hope you enjoy.  Happy Valentine's Day!!!
